DONALD H. HOSMER
President, Chief Executive Officer, Director and co-founder of Royale Energy, Inc.
Donald Hosmer is CEO and President of Royale Energy, Inc. Royale Energy is developing oil and natural gas fields throughout the major geologic basins in the US. Under his leadership, Royale became the largest independent natural gas producer that explores, develops, produces, and markets natural gas in California, Texas and Utah. In September 2004, Royale Energy was ranked 8th, by Oil & Gas Journal, for highest return on stockholders' equality for all publicly traded oil and gas companies and in 2006, Fortune Small Business ranked Royale among the 100 fastest growing companies in America. He is a member of the Speakers Bureau of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPPA) and is registered as the oil and gas industry expert on Business Wire’s ExpertSource service.
STEPHEN M. HOSMER
Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Secretary
Mr. Hosmer joined Royale Energy, Inc. in May 1988. He brought the company into the Sacramento Basin through a joint venture with Pacific Gas & Electric Resources resulting in the drilling of Victor Ranch wells. Mr. Hosmer has also been responsible for heading up the acquisition team. He is responsible for successfully completing the acquisition of Arkoma Production Company from Dallas Cowboys' owner Jerry Jones and the acquisition of Vernon E. Faulconer Inc. in 1997. In June of 1995, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Hosmer as Chief Financial Officer. Once again, in March 2003 the Board appointed Mr. Hosmer as Executive Vice President. Mr. Hosmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as well as earning his MBA degree via the prestigious President/Key Executive program at Pepperdine University.
DR. MOHAMED ABDEL-RAHMAN
Vice President Exploration
Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Rahman has 30 years of petroleum exploration experience. He was credited with several high impact oil and gas discoveries during his career. His Geoscience education includes a B.Sc. and an M.S. from Cairo, Egypt and an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. from the University of Sheffield, England. He gained his oil and gas experience while working for: Shell Oil, Exxon, Sohio (Standard of Ohio), BP America, BP Plc., and Pennzoil. He held the positions of Senior Geologist; District Geologist; New Ventures Manager; Manager of Geological Technology; Chief Geologist; Exploration Manager, General Manager and Consultant. Mo’s area of technical specialty is the generation and evaluation of oil and gas prospects and the application of geological technologies to the exploration process. He gained his experience while working on numerous and diverse geological settings including: Alaska, Onshore and Offshore the U.S. lower 48, Eurasia, N. Africa and the Middle East.
RONALD LIPNICK
Controller
Mr. Lipnick has been with The Company since May 1993 and has been the Controller since February 1994. He is responsible for the Company's accounting operations from daily accounting activities and general ledger reconciliation to the preparation of financial statements for the Company's SEC quarterly 1OQ and year-end 10K filings. He also works closely with Royale's certified public accountants during their yearly audits. Ron has more than 13 years of experience in the accounting field. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
STEVEN HERATY
Director of Investor Relations
Mr. Heraty joined the company in March 2001. He is responsible for coordinating the capital funding of Royale Energy's drilling projects. He is also responsible for interacting with direct investors, common stockholders, and the broker dealer community. Mr. Heraty has over 13 years experience in the energy business and has directed the funding of over 95 oil and natural gas projects in the producing regions of California and Texas. Previous to his energy industry experience, Mr. Heraty worked in capital markets specializing in institutional fixed income sales. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Arizona.
