San Diego, California -- Royale Energy, Inc. and its joint venture partners have completed another Pinheiro natural gas well with a producible flow rate of 4,000,000 cubic feet per day.

The Pinheiro #2 was drilled in June to further develop the acreage from last year's discovery well, Pinheiro #1.  The Pinheiro #1 well was put on line last October producing 5,000,000 cubic feet per day and was named "Play-of-the-Month" in the September issue of Oil and Gas World.

Royale Energy also signed 12 month contracts with Sonoco Paper Products, Otis Spunkmeyer, Inc., Newark Pacific Paper Co., and American Cornerstone to supply natural gas to them beginning August 1st.
